At RE Development Solutions we focus on full service management. In addition to property management, we provide construction management services for our clients to provide a seamless transition into a new space or remodeling an existing space. Our completed and existing projects range from a full fledge commercial development on 12 acres to simple tenant build out services. Oak Street Professional Center

98 Miller Drive, North Aurora, IL

We designed and managed the construction of the Oak Street Profession Center Building #3 which is a 10,000 Square Foot Medical Office Building. This development is currently completed and took roughly 6 months of construction to complete. We are currently marketing the property for lease, the buildingis ready to be subdivided for immediate use.

Internationale Pkwy Center, 1

1200 Internationale Pkwy, Woodridge, IL

We took a space that was previously setup for manufacturing and transformed it into a beautiful and functional office space. We delivered a turn key space within a matter of 4 months. The build out included demolishing existing bathrooms and production space in order to accommodate for the build out of a new full kitchen, open concept cubicles, private offices, conference rooms and vestibule.

Internationale Pkwy Center, 2

1200 Internationale Pkwy, Woodridge, IL

We were tasked with installing glass paneled walls that were 9 feet in height in a training room and conference room to provide a high-end finish to the office and allow for ample natural daylight to fill the rooms. In addition to the glass panels, we refinished the office with new carpet and wood flooring as well as painting the entire office space. The finished product resulted in a sleek design that makes the training room more welcoming and feel larger.

Randall Oaks Development

In North Aurora at the intersection of Randall Road and Oak Street, we are managing the development of a 12 acre commercial site. The development site will include a mix use of Office and Retail. On the development site we will build roughly 30,000 square feet of Retail and roughly 80,000 square feet of Office space in addition to the existing 30,000 square feet of office that is already built on the site. The buildings will range from 57,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet.

Executive Drive

87 Executive Drive, Aurora, IL

This property was previously vacant and designed to be a single tenant user. Our task was to subdivide the building to accommodate two users, install a new electric meter panel to separate the two units, demolish the existing infrastructure, install new landscaping, install new HVAC units, replace the roof and replace the parking lot.

N Central

712 N Central, Wood Dale, IL

On a very tight schedule, we demolished a section of mezzanine space in the warehouse, power washed the floors, built out a vestibule, built out an additional private office, installed all new LED lights in the office, installed new flooring and cabinets in the kitchen and replaced the carpet throughout the office. The finished product resulted in a much cleaner and brighter office space along with a satisfied client.
