For this project, we were tasked to fully renovate an existing interior space in a multi-level office building and move the tenant to a different floor. We gutted the suite completely, framed new walls, added glass fronts for all the offices, new floors, and created more useable space for the tenant to maximize its office. The main feature of this new beautiful space is the 75 feet of glass that has been put in to all the offices, conference rooms, and break area to give it a nice modern and elegant look to the space along with optimizing the natural light.

We designed and managed the construction of the Oak Street Profession Center Building #3 which is a 10,000 Square Foot Medical Office Building. This development is currently completed and took roughly 6 months of construction to complete. We are currently marketing the property for lease, the buildingis ready to be subdivided for immediate use.

For this project, we were tasked with creating a brand-new conference room area, HR office, install new flooring, put in a brand-new coiling garage door for the warehouse and to create a fully secured dock area with walls going all the way up to the roof deck. We were able to successfully complete each of these tasks and come in under budget.

Our intention for this project was to transform an existing vacant suite into a modern executive office space for our new tenant. Utilizing the space available, we were able to add three additional offices, IT room and a break/storage room. The featured attraction of the buildout was the glass paneling that takes advantage of the natural light that pours into the suite; resulting in a bright and elegant corporate office for our tenant to prosper and enjoy. From receipt of permit to completion of the project we were able to finish the project in two months.

We took a space that was previously setup for manufacturing and transformed it into a beautiful and functional office space. We delivered a turn key space within a matter of 4 months. The build out included demolishing existing bathrooms and production space in order to accommodate for the build out of a new full kitchen, open concept cubicles, private offices, conference rooms and vestibule.

We were tasked with installing glass paneled walls that were 9 feet in height in a training room and conference room to provide a high-end finish to the office and allow for ample natural daylight to fill the rooms. In addition to the glass panels, we refinished the office with new carpet and wood flooring as well as painting the entire office space. The finished product resulted in a sleek design that makes the training room more welcoming and feel larger.
In North Aurora at the intersection of Randall Road and Oak Street, we are managing the development of a 12 acre commercial site. The development site will include a mix use of Office and Retail. On the development site we will build roughly 30,000 square feet of Retail and roughly 80,000 square feet of Office space in addition to the existing 30,000 square feet of office that is already built on the site. The buildings will range from 57,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet.

This property was previously vacant and designed to be a single tenant user. Our task was to subdivide the building to accommodate two users, install a new electric meter panel to separate the two units, demolish the existing infrastructure, install new landscaping, install new HVAC units, replace the roof and replace the parking lot.

On a very tight schedule, we demolished a section of mezzanine space in the warehouse, power washed the floors, built out a vestibule, built out an additional private office, installed all new LED lights in the office, installed new flooring and cabinets in the kitchen and replaced the carpet throughout the office. The finished product resulted in a much cleaner and brighter office space along with a satisfied client.
