Thomas Golab, Chief Financial Officer at RE Development Solutions leads the accounting department, taxation, financing and legal matters for RE Development Solutions’ CRE portfolio and he’s keenly focused on risk management. Thomas brings over thirty-five years of experience in accounting for various large firms along with a unique experience with growing two startup manufacturing companies and having a diverse CRE experience developing several buildings from ground up. Utilizing his finance and development experience he successfully managed in excess of $150 million of bank and construction financing. Before joining the team, Thomas received his BS in Accounting from Purdue Univeristy, CPA and held the following positions: Chief Financial Officer, Navitas Systems LLC (2012-2022), President, Lakeshore Real Estate Management (2006-2012), U-Stor-It Group LLC (2003-2005), Chief Financial Officer, Lexstar Technologies Inc. and predecessors companies (1992-2003), Corporate Controller, RTO, Inc. (1989-1991), Audit Manager, KPMG Peat Marwick (1984-1989).
