John joined RE Development Solutions in early 2020 as our Regional Property Manager, leading the Property Management team and guiding all aspects of physical and economic property operations for a growing portfolio of 22 commercial properties. John received his BS in Business Administration & Accounting from Marquette University. John’s CRE industry tenure of over 30 years spans multiple markets, including Chicago, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis. His property management expertise is supported by his knowledge and depth of experience in leasing, development, acquisition and disposition due diligence, financial reporting, and construction management. Before joining the RE-DS, John was most recently a General Manager with The John Buck Company in Chicago; has held various Senior Property Management positions with several large CRE firms; holds CPM and RPA designations; and is a licensed IL Real Estate Broker. John is an accomplished, lifelong runner, having completed numerous marathons.
